The music that we play to ourselves has a direct impact on the way we think and feel. For example, if we play songs that evoke self-belief and determination then it can help us to get pumped up for action. Playful songs might get us into our playful side; angry songs can help us connect with our anger. Here are some ideas for songs that might be useful in different circumstances but you can create your own. My suggestion is that you set an intention and theme for your playlists. Play them often to help you imbue its sentiment and notice how they impact on your sense of self as you progress towards your coaching goals.
